Rashmika was born and raised in Kodagu. She did her schooling at Coorg and attended PU education in Mysuru.

The actress began modelling in 2014. She won the Clean & Clear Fresh Face of India title the same year and was made the brand ambassador of Clean & Clear. Then she got the title of TVC in Lamode Bangalore's top model hunt 2015
3.Rashmika's entery into the film industry
Rashmika made her debut in films in 2016 with Kannada film, Rishab Shetty's Kirik Party
4.Graduation comes first!
Rashmika started her modelling career after joining her graduate college in Bengaluru

5.Career at a glance
In March 2017, Rashmika filmed with Harsha’s Anjani Putra opposite Puneeth Rajkumar. The actress also signed Chamak opposite Ganesh
6.Parting ways...
Rashmita Mandanna and Rakshit Shetty were among the most loved Kannada film couples. The two fell in love on the sets of their film Kirik Party, and then got engaged in July 2017. However, Rashmika has now called off her engagement with Rakshit
7.Future plans
Rashmita Mandanna is now gearing up for the release of her next Telugu film, titled Devadas, which also stars Nani and Nagarjuna in the lead role.
