While Deepika Padukone will be starring alongside South superstar Prabas in a soon to be released and yet to be titled film, it might take many by surprise to know that not 'Om Shanti Om' but Kannada film 'Aishwarya' (2006) was Deepika's debut in films. Directed by Indrajit Lankesh, the movie also starred Upendra in the lead role. Later, Deepika made her big Bollywood debut with Farah Khan's blockbuster hit 'Om Shanti Om' starring Shah Rukh Khan, however, the diva returned South for 'Kochadaiiyaan' co-starring Rajinikanth in 2014.
2. Priyanka Chopra

A global icon, Priyanka Chopra success story is nothing short of inspirational. From ruling Bollywood to making a mark in Hollywood, Priyanka has touched many milestones in her professional career. However, not many know that the 'The Sky Is Pink' actress made her big acting debut with a Tamil film titled, 'Tamizhan' in 2002. Later, she made her Bollywood debut with 'The Hero' as the second female lead opposite Sunny Deol and Preity Zinta.
