CSK vs MI Live Cricket Score: Skipper Rohit Sharma (67) struck his first half-century on the ongoing tournament as Mumbai Indians made 155 for four against Chennai Super Kings in their Indian Premier League (IPL) 2019 match on Friday.

In reply, Chennai Super Kings were in trouble from the very first over as Lasith Malinga dismissed Shane Watson. Suresh Raina played a rash shot and perished while Ambati Rayudu was undone by a good ball from Krunal Pandya. Kedar Jadhav and Dhruv Shorey also did not last long. When Bumrah sent back Murali Vijay (38) in the 12th over, CSK were reduced to 66/6. 

Bravo and Santner took them near 100. In the end, Chennai Super Kings were all out for 109 in 17.4 overs as Mumbai Indians won the match by 46 runs.

Suresh Raina, who led the Chennai side after MS Dhoni was ruled out due to fever, won the toss and opted to bowl first.

Mumbai lost the wicket of Quinton de Kock (15) to Deepak Chahar early. Rohit Sharma and Evin Lewis then then took Mumbai near 100 in 12 overs. Lewis (32) was dismissed by Mitchell Santner in the 13th over. Rohit Sharma brought up his half-century in the same over. However, MI lost Krunal Pandya in the next over. Rohit kept adding runs but fell to Santner who bowled a brilliant spell of 4-0-13-2. Hardik Pandya (23*) and Kieron Pollard (13*) then took Mumbai to 155 for 4 in the 20 overs.

Chennai made three changes to their side. Murali Vijay, Dhruv Shorey and Mitchell Santner were included in the playing 11 in place of MS Dhoni, Ravindra Jadeja and Faf du Plessis. Mumbai Indians made two changes to their side. They handed an IPL debut to Anukul Roy. Evin Lewis returned to the starting 11 as Ben Cutting and Mayank Markande were excluded.
