Our favourite celebrities couldn’t really spend their days at home today…
It’s a beautiful day, which is sadly not common enough for Mumbai and its weather. However, the recent dying down of the rains have given way to overcast weather and breezy mornings. As such, just like us regular folk, the celebdom of Bollywood couldn’t help but spend this day out and about. Whether shopping, dining or arriving, here’s a look, from Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan to Kajol and Disha Patani, at some of our favourite Bollywood sightings of today.
1. Varun Dhawan and Natasha Dalal back from vacay

Varun and Natasha were spotted at the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport early on Sunday. The rumoured lovebirds apparently took off to London for the past few days for a romantic getaway. It was the only week they had, with Varun’s busy schedule.
2. Mother-daughter luncheon: Alia Bhatt and Soni Razdan

Alia Bhatt was spotted with her mother, Soni Razdan, at BKC, Mumbai this afternoon. The two were emerging from Yauatcha, which is a popular restaurant in the area. Alia just recently returned from Bulgaria, where she was filming for Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra opposite rumoured beau Ranbir Kapoor.
3. Mallika Sherawat unleashes a bomb of cuteness

Mallika Sherawat was also spotted this afternoon near the airport with her nephew, Ransher. Ransher is making headlines for his adorable looks, and many are starting to compare him and pit him against Taimur Ali Khan, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan’s son.
4. ‘Helicopter Eela’ trailer launch

The trailer for Helicopter Eela was released today. The stars of the movie, Kajol, Neha Dhupia and Riddhi Sen, were spotted celebrating at the launch, along with Ajay Devgn, the movie’s producer, and Pradeep Sarkar, the movie’s director. The team also cut a cake to celebrate the launch.
5. Disha Patani stuns in green

The top fashion statement of the week goes to Disha Patani, for her simple yet stunning green dress and white sneaker look. She was spotted outside popular Bandra restaurant Bastian with Tiger Shroff’s mother, Ayesha Shroff, and sister, Krishna Shroff. Patani and Shroff are close, having acted together in Baaghi 2, one of the year’s biggest commercial successes.
