With films releasing in theatres again, it sure is a good year for actors who have stayed away from Bollywood films, to make a comeback.
2021 has begun on a good note for the Hindi film industry with films releasing in the theatres after a pandemic hit nation forced the cinema halls to shut shop last year.
With fans eager to return to the theatres and filmmakers and stars excited to welcome the audience back to experience their films on the silver screen, it sure is a good year for actors who have stayed away from Bollywood films, to make a comeback.
Here's a list of stars who are all set to make a comeback in 2021. Check it out.
1. Shilpa Shetty Kundra

Shilpa Shetty Kundra will be returning to Bollywood after 13 long years. She was last seen in the 2007 film, 'Apne', in a full-fledged role. After that, Shilpa gave a special appearance in the 2008 movie 'Dostana' in the song 'Shut Up and Dance'. She has two film releases this year – 'Hungama 2' and 'Nikamma'. Directed by Sabbir Khan, Nikamma also stars Abhimanyu Dasani and Shirley Setia. As for 'Hungama 2', actors Paresh Rawal, Pranitha Subhash and Meezan will be seen in pivotal roles.
2. Neetu Kapoor

Ranbir Kapoor's mother Neetu Kapoor will be making a comeback this year with Raj Mehta directorial 'Jug Jug Jeeyo'. The rom-com film has an ensemble cast including Neetu Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani in the lead roles. Prajakta Koli and Maniesh Paul will be seen in supporting roles in the film. Additionally, Neetu's film 'Ram Baran Singh' with late husband Rishi Kapoor, which was supposed to release in 2020, got delayed owing to the pandemic. A release date is yet to be announced.
3. Bhagyashree

Bhagyashree, who shot to fame with 'Maine Pyaar Kiya' will be making her comeback in 'Thalaivi' starring actor Kangana Ranaut in the lead role in the upcoming bilingual biopic on late Jayalalithaa.
4. Lara Dutta

Even though Lara Dutta starred in the web series 'Hundred' in 2020, her Bollywood comeback will be in 2021 with Akshay Kumar's film'Bell Bottom'.
5. Divya Khosla Kumar
)
Actor-director Divya Khosla Kumar who was last seen in the 2004 flick 'Ab Tumhare Hawale Watan Saathiyo', will be making a comeback in 2021 with John Abraham starrer 'Satyamev Jayate 2'.
