Scoops: Tiger Shroff-Disha still a couple, Urvashi Rautela's publicity gimmick, Ahaan-Manushi Chhillar call it quits

Even before Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari’s next, Panga, goes on floors, the film is making news for several reasons. Earlier, there were reports about the director signing a non-interference contract with the lead actress Kangana Ranaut, but Ashwiny denied it. Then there were reports about Patralekhaa joining Kangana in the film that revolves around kabaddi. The latest is that Richa Chadha has been signed on for the movie now. However, we hear, that Patralekhaa is no longer part of the film. Buzz is that she opted out because she did not agree on the remuneration. Another story doing the rounds is that she did not suit the part of a kabaddi player who has to look tough. It doesn’t end there. A source says that her close pals advised her against doing it as the role was small! Wonder what is the real reason. Your guess is as good as ours.

A few weeks ago, After Hrs had reported how two young aspiring actors, Ahaan Panday and Manushi Chhillar, had become good friends. Our sources who are part of the same group had told us that the two were bonding big time. But guess, like they say, it was too good to be true. Recently, at a party, an onlooker noticed something that caught everyone’s attention. The khabri tells us, “Ahaan came for the party a little after Manushi arrived but both of them maintained a distance from each other. Not just that, they didn’t even want to acknowledge each other’s presence at the bash. All their friends were a little taken aback.” Does this mean all’s not well between the once-good-friends? Or was it just to avoid the unwanted attention? Only Ahaan and Manushi know!

After Ek Villain and ABCD 2, Stree has become the third Rs 100 crore outing for Shraddha Kapoor. The movie, which is currently running in theatres, has minted around Rs 106 crore at the box office and is still running strong. The actress has tried her hand at horror comedy for the first time and it’s certainly paid off! In fact, a bus in Mumbai even had pictures of the actress plastered behind seats reserved for ladies. 

Shraddha, whose phone hasn’t stopped buzzing since the movie released, says she is deeply grateful for the love she has got for the movie. “Every moment on this film has been special and memorable and I feel so blessed to be part of it.”

Over the weekend, there were rumours of Tiger Shroff and his ‘steady’ arm candy Disha Patani facing some trouble in their paradise. 

However, when we scratched the surface to know if this was true, we found out that the young, successful star jodi continues to remain good friends. Our source said, “They were even meant to visit a common friend’s home.”

If that’s the case, guess the Baaghi 2 pair is still very much together, at least as of now.

Urvashi Rautela’s publicity gimmicks never fail to surprise us. About a week ago, she was spotted dining with Ahaan Panday and soon enough, there were speculations about something brewing between the two. But hang on, we heard a completely different story. Urvashi’s PR team apparently sent a tip-off to photographers informing them that she’s going to a suburban eatery with her good friend Ahaan. 

Expectedly, the paps dropped in to click pictures of the duo but just when the Hate Story IV heroine was stepping out, she pretended as if she didn’t know the photogs were there. She rushed to her car without posing for pictures whereas Ahaan stood and listened to the paparazzi’s demands. Why would you do such a thing, Urvashi? Didn’t you already know your PR informed the media about your outing? Or is it just publicity ke liye kuch bhi karega...

We were the first to tell you that Bollywood icon Rishi Kapoor was flying to the capital for a 45-day schedule of a new film in which he stars with his Bol Radha Bol co-actor Juhi Chawla.

Till a couple of days ago, the Kapoor scion had kept his white locks a secret by wearing a cap. However, on his way to Delhi, the National Award-winning actor decided to show off his mane and guess what?  It found him many fans. He smiles and says, “My new hair colour is a superhit from the Mumbai airport to Delhi. I had women on the flight telling me how different and mature I looked.’’ We agree, we dig his new avatar, too.

A source added, “Rishi sat patiently for six hours each day and got his hairstylist to work on giving him this new look. It required quite a few sessions to get the desired results. He believes in changing his appearances for each of his characters, like he recently did in Mulk and 102 Not Out.” 

Well, we guess the requirement of his current film is this mop of white hair.

It was Narendra Modi’s birthday yesterday and there were several Bollywood stars who sent in their best wishes for the Honourable Prime Minister. Among the many was Kangana Ranaut who put out a sweet video wishing NaMo. She said, “Happy Birthday Narendra Modiji. Me and my team wish you a long life and appreciate your efforts and initiatives, especially the Beti Bachao Abhiyan.” Kangana was ressed in her Manikarnika look and the video was shot at the Karjat studio where the actress is busy finishing the period venture.

It’s been more than a year since the erotic film X.X.X has been made. Directed by Ken Ghosh, the film was to introduce three TV actors — Rithvik Dhanjani, Shantanu Maheshwari and Ankit Gera — on the big screen. But later producer Ekta Kapoor decided to stream it as a web series. Now, we hear that though she will be streaming it on her digital platform, it will not have her name as the producer in the credits. Says a source, “Shobha Kapoor is not comfortable associating her name with X.X.X considering its bold content. Ekta respects her and she never associates herself with anything without her mother’s name. So, finally, it won’t have both Ekta and Shobha’s names in it.”
