Raj Kundra, along with 11 other people, was arrested by police on July 19 on charges of allegedly making pornographic videos.
After a lower court denied his anticipatory bail plea in August, he petitioned the Bombay High Court, which gave him interim relief from custody for a week. Raj was recently charged with a supplementary charge sheet in the pornographic case by Mumbai Police's crime section.

1. Raj Kundra granted bail

Raj Kundra, Shilpa Shetty's husband and a businessman, was granted bail on Monday (September 20), two months after his arrest in the pornography racket case. Raj, along with 12 others, was apprehended on July 19. Raj was released on a bond surety of Rs 50,000, according to news agency ANI.

According to information supplied by Mumbai police via news agency ANI, the 1500-page charge sheet includes testimony from 43 witnesses, including Kundra's wife and actress Shilpa Shetty. The charge sheet includes affidavits from actors Sherlyn Chopra and Sejal Shah, as well as other models and staff of Kundra's organisation. The charge sheet also lists the names of two of the case's defendants.
4. Mumbai Police handed over case to Enforcement Directorate

The Mumbai Police had handed over the FIR in the case to Enforcement Directorate. The ED will collect documents related to the case today (July 27), however, they are yet to file a FIR in the matter.
5. Raj Kundra's pornography case

Raj was arrested by police on July 19 along with 11 other people on charges related to the alleged creation of pornographic films. Kundra is booked under Indian Penal Code Sections 420 (cheating), 34 (common intention), 292, and 293 (related to obscene and indecent advertisements and displays), and relevant sections of the IT Act and the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act.
