Narendra Modi lists Congress' unfulfilled promises at rallies in Bihar

* Concept of fast track courts was started by Atal Bihari Vajpayee. In 2011, Congress stopped money to them and now they talk fast track courts. They also said they will start rural courts. Sadly, in last five years very few were built.

* Congress says they will bring back black money, but do you believe them? Did you bring a rupee back in 10 years?

* Congress keeps talking about Rights, but the nation is tired of your acts, nation needs action.

* A dam was to be built for years but for various reasons costs shot up. Whose money is this? The dam would have helped Bihar and Jharkhand. Who has done this to farmers. 800 crore spent on it but nothing happened.

* After the terror attacks in Gaya the arrival of tourists has dropped. Who gained? Their chair is saved but poor lost opportunities. We need to affirm that we must end terrorism. Terrorism divides but tourism unites.

* Let there be bombs, let people die but my chair must remain. This attitude has ruined Bihar and India.

* Sadly the Government here was not bothered about what happened in Gaya. Their sole worry is not to disturb their votebank politics.

BJP prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi is addressing a rally in  Lohardagga in Jharkhand.

Modi will address four rallies today in Bihar and Jharkhand, the most important one being in Sasaram, from where Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar is contesting on Congress ticket.

Lohardagga rally will be followed by a second rally in Chatra.

He will then fly off to Sasaram to address a rally in the afternoon, and the last rally will be held in Gaya.
