Popular Telugu actress Anushka Shetty, who became a pan India star with her role as princess Devasena in the mega blockbuster franchise 'Baahubali', is known for taking risks when it comes to playing diverse cinematic roles.
For her role in Prakash Kovelamudi's 'Size Zero', Anushka refused to wear a body suit and instead chose to gain 20 kgs.
After the film, the actress struggled a lot to get back to her normal weight. She was even body shamed by a certain section of the society for her heavy look. There were rumours that she would undergo surgery to lose weight.
However, Anushka chose the healthier way. She underwent rigorous training, a strict diet and fitness routine to shed those extra kilos for her roles in movies like 'Bhaagmathie' and 'Baahubali: The Conclusion'.
Award winning holistic lifestyle coach Luke Coutinho helped Anushka a great deal during her weight loss journey. It's believed she enrolled in a naturopathic detox programme in Austria to get back in shape.
