India's COVID-19 tally reached 97,35,850 on Dec 09. The country reported 32,080 new cases in last 24 hours and 402 new deaths linked with COVID took death toll to 1,41,360. Currently, there are 3.78 lakh active cases of coronavirus in the country whereas, total cured cases stand at 92.15 lakh with 36,635 new discharges. According to Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), a total of 14,98,36,767 samples tested for COVID-19 up to Dec 08. Of these, 10,22,712 samples were tested yesterday.
