Arvind Kejriwal announced today that the Delhi Metro too will run at 50% seating capacity. Private offices can also be opened with 50 percent manpower. "As and when the situation keeps improving, more relaxations will be announced. This is what is being done currently," said Kejriwal.

Essential shops and chemists can open on all days. The odd-even rule does not apply to them.
Private offices can open at a limit of 50%. The government urged people to work from home as much as they can.

Currently, there is a lockdown in Delhi till 5:00 am on Monday, June 7. Meanwhile, Delhi recorded 523 fresh COVID-19 cases and 50 deaths on Friday, said the health bulletin of the union territory. However, the daily number was a bit higher than the day before when the national capital reported 487 COVID cases. The number of active cases in Delhi stands at 8,060. The new fatalities pushed the COVID death toll in Delhi to 24,497.
