The job of  Vinod Kumar Chaudhary, a computer operator of Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) is to enter the data for which he works on the keyboard. But his passion for speed is such that he has also made a Guinness World Record in typing. He has nine Guinness World Records in his name.

How did he get nine Guinness World Records

Vinod Kumar Chaudhary, 41, is a computer operator at the University's School of Environmental Sciences (SES) and set the latest record last year during the COVID-19 lockdown. Choudhary holds the record for the fastest typing speed with the nose, which he achieved in 2014. Apart from this, he also holds the record of typing fastest with his eyes closed and typing with wood in his mouth.

Passion for computers

He runs a computer center for poor and differently-abled children at his home and has posted pictures of the records made by him on the walls. He said, "I have always been fascinated by speed. I developed such a passion for speed on the computer. I set the first record in 2014 when I typed 103 characters with my nose in 44.30 seconds. This was the shortest time in this type of typing."

Record of touching tennis ball maximum times

Vinod Kumar Chaudhary said that his last record has been of touching the tennis ball with his hand for the most number of times in a minute. He said that he can do this 205 times in a minute. When he proposed this for the world record, he had a target to do it 180 times.
