A deaf Lebanese dancer, Pierre Geagea, has choreographed a unique dance fusing sign language and contemporary dance and called it 'Mother Tongue'.

In a video posted on Youtube, Geagea who has been a dancer since the age of 12, states, "Dance allows me to communicate freely, using just my body." Geagea told Beirut.com that he used to love Michael Jackson when he was growing up, even though he didn't know much about dance.

In the video, Geagea expressed his desire to be able to perform his powerful piece in front of an audience. According to Step FEED, four major investors dedicated to funding the project, launched a campaign on  Zoomaal, to pay for theatre space and a marketing campaign.
