In a shocking incident, a Southwest Airlines flight attendant was punched in the face by a woman passenger when the flight attendant asked the passenger to wear seat belt as the flight was preparing for landing.

The 28-year-old Vyvianna Quinonez punched the flight attendant’s face, shows a video captured by another passenger. Another passenger tried to stop the woman from attacking the flight attendant but the woman punched flight attendant so hard that the flight attendant lost two teeth.

“Sit down!” yelled the man, who tried to stop Quinonez from attacking flight attendant, whose face was bleeding. “Don’t you dare touch a flight attendant like that,” said the man in the video which has now gone viral.

According to Washington Post, the flight attendant lost two teeth in the assault suffered injuries to her face.

Quinonez was escorted out of the flight by police once the plane landed at San Diego International Airport. She was later arrested for battery, the Port of San Diego Harbor Police said in a statement.

Quinonez is still comment on the incident.
