Sidharth Shukla had readily come to help a fan who asked for help after her father tested positive for coronavirus. The 'Bigg Boss 13' winner was approached to arrange a bed for the ailing father, which he nearly did, till the fan confirmed that her father has been shifted to another hospital.

"Dear @sidharth_shukla i need your help my dad has been tested positive for covid & he has been shifted to brahmakumaris hospital of andheri but their is a bed problem their can you in any way help if you know someone from the hospital please," asked the fan.

A few hours later, Sidharth responded, "Sorry just came across your tweet ... is he good plz give me five mints I will figure out ...let me know if he still needs it ... and a way to contact you."

He also updated the other fans by tweeting, "Spoke to her.. and had arranged for a bed also. But she doesn’t need it right now as her dad got admitted to another hospital. Wishing for his speedy recovery. Prayers for him.."

After Sidharth's act, fans started trending #ProudOfYouSidharth on Twitter. The actor knows people from the hospital since his mother is associated with them. The fan who wrote to him mentioned that her father's quartine centre was near the place.

'Balika Vadhu' actor Sidharth Shukla came in news after his stint on 'Bigg Boss 13'. His fandom grew fourfold, overnight, because of his chemistry with co-contestant Shehnaz Gill. The two became such a rage that even now SidNaaz fans cannot talk about one without the other.
