Zee TV's popular kids singing reality show - Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li'l Champs 2019 has come to a spectacular end on Sunday night. After a tough competition Nagpur's Sugandha Date has emerged as the winner of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li'l Champs this season. Sugandha has walked away with the winner's trophy and a cash prize money of Rs 5 lakh.
While Sugandha Date became the winner, Pritam Acharya bagged the second runner up spot, followed by Mohammad Faiz who had to be content with the first runner-up position. Sugandha has been a favourite of not just the judges, but also the masses who've been watching her performances on Television. Sugandha has been a consistent performer throughout this season and her dedication has finally crowned her the winner.
After lifting the winner's trophy, Sugandha Date said in a statement, "Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs has been a great learning experience for me. I feel blessed to have been trained under such fabulous experts and mentors. The judges have always motivated me through my singing journey and helped me understand my calibre and potential as a singer. I am extremely happy to have received this opportunity to showcase my talent on such a great platform like Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs."
She added, "I am glad to have made some special bonds with the jury members and my fellow contestants whilst on the show which I am going to cherish for life I am looking forward to my new singing journey and will always hope to make the entire team of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs proud. Last but not the least, I would like to thank Zee TV for this wonderful experience.”
The grand finale of the kids singing reality show was a glittering affair with Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani gracing the stage. The two actors were seen promoting their upcoming release Kabir Singh on the show and were left mighty impressed with the kids' performances.
