It's 'Glee' for Lea Michele and Zandy Reich on welcoming their first child

Glee actor Lea Michele and husband Zandy Reich have embraced parenthood. After being married for a year, the couple welcomed a baby boy on August 20, 2020. They named their son Ever Leo. A statement as per an online portal read as "Lea and Zandy welcomed a son that they named Ever. Lea has been inundated with well-wishes and sharing updates with her family and a close group of girlfriends. Lea, Zandy and Ever are doing very well."

Lea and Zandy tied the knot in March 2019 and in May this year, the actor announced that she is expecting her first baby. Talking about their wedding weekend which was a romantic affair, the publication had quoted, "They are loving the feeling of being married and getting to call each other husband and wife. They were so ecstatic about the entire [wedding] weekend and just keep talking about how magical and incredible it was. They didn't want it to end and are still remembering more and more details that they had forgotten."

The couple started dating in 2017 and Zandy popped the question to Lea the very next year.

Talking about her pregnancy, the publication also stated, "Lea has wanted to take it easy for the first part of her pregnancy. She has really enjoyed being present and getting to soak in being pregnant without distractions."

On the work front, Lea became a popular face with her stint as one of the leading characters Rachel Berry in Glee from 2009 to 2015.
