The wait is finally over! Ekta Kapoor's supernatural show Naagin 5 is all set to air from August 9, 2020. This time, the titular role will be played by none other than Hina Khan and she is joined by Dheeraj Dhoopar and Mohit Malhotra. Talking about the premise of the show 'Naagin 5 will be fueled by hatred, revenge and unrequited love as the Sarvashresth Adi Naagin (Hina) will return to avenge her enemies. As the story progresses, she will conclude her epic battle that began centuries ago in Satyug and will fight to fulfil her journey of love.'
Now, sharing her excitement, Hina said in a statement, "Naagin has a very rich legacy of entertaining the audience with its magic and mysticism and I am elated to be a part of the franchise. I have essayed many characters in the past, but the fantasy fiction genre remained uncharted. Essaying the character of Sarvashrestha Adi Naagin was not only fascinating but the entire look, style, storyline, and high-end drama just added up to make it an amazing experience. I would like to thank Ekta Kapoor for believing in me and I am certain I will be able to bring her vision to life."
While Ekta stated, "We set out on this fascinating journey of recreating Naagin folklore five years ago and today, we will turn a new chapter with Naagin 5.
