There is a latest update by Google regarding Google's email service Gmail that suffered a massive outage worldwide, today. Google in its status page said the Gmail service has been restored for some users. "Gmail service has already been restored for some users, and we expect a resolution for all users in the near future. Please note this time frame is an estimate and may change," it said.
Users of Google’s email service Gmail on Wednesday suffered an outage worldwide. Along with Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs and other Google services were also facing an outage.
Hundreds of Gmail users took to social media to complain about the outage in the service, with #Gmail becoming the top trend on Twitter. Many users complained about not being able to send any attachments or documents while others said they're not able to log in at all. Some users also reported that they are facing connectivity issues while working on Google Meet.
Gmail confirmed the disruption in its status page at 10:59 AM today. It wrote, "We're investigating reports of an issue with Gmail. We will provide more information shortly."
