Maurizio Sarri has been sacked by Serie A 2019-20 champions Juventus on Saturday (August 8), just a year after taking over from Massimiliano Allegri.

The decision comes after Juve got knocked out by Lyon in the UEFA Champions League round of 16 last night.

The Turin club took to Twitter to announce the sacking.
