Ganesh Chaturthi 2015: Sachin Tendulkar joins celebrations

Today is day one of the 11-day long Ganesh Chaturthi festival. In Maharashtra and different parts of the country, Ganesh Chaturthi is celebrated with much fanfare and gaiety. 

Even the celebrities soak in the excitement with commoners during this festive season. 

Former Indian captain and cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar added spark to the celebration when he posted a picture of him with his entire family enjoying Ganesh Chaturthi. 

Dressed in traditional attire, Sachin, his wife Anjali, son Arjun and daughter Sarah look to be enjoying the festivity. 

He tweeted saying 'Ganpati Bappa Morya!'
