Website to manage societies better

Eukleia Technologies, a Hyderabad-based company has launched ApnaComplex.com, a website that they claim is a one stop, secure, comprehensive web-based software for residential complexes such as apartments, private layouts, row houses and gated communities.

A press statement issued by the company claimed that the usage of ApnaComplex by owners’ associations such as RWAs and housing societies improves the efficiency of operations & maintenance, reduces the maintenance costs and increases the satisfaction of the residents.

ApnaComplex.com uses SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) as a delivery mechanism for the functionality.

According to the statement, through SaaS, one can easily store software and data associated with it in a centralised server. Therefore, a user can locate this on the browser at any point that simplifies communication by integrating it with SMS / email.

The company has stated that the software was supposed to provide each management committee with an integrated tool that manages all the information and helps them perform tasks at ease.

The residents have seen a marked improvement in the level of transparency in management of the complex including financials and issue resolution, the statement said.
