1. Why'd you create it?

Who doesn't love vada pav in Mumbai? I love it so much i bought VadaPav.com and since local haunts are usually hidden gems I thought a map would be fun. Especially one where people share their favourites.

2. How did you chalk out the locations?

I live in Dadar. The area is packed with great vada pav thelas and eateries. Besides my favourites, the map also has crowdsourced locations thanks to an open Twitter poll.

3. Who makes the best wadapav in Mumbai according to you? What makes it so awesome?

The Kirti College one is very famous. Personally i like the one off Ranade Road, where they serve it fresh, out of a mobile van.

4. Can people add their locations? How?

Yes! By tweeting @vadapavdotcom if people want to share multiple ones, I could then grant them Edit access to the Google Map happily!

5. How many vada pavs have you eaten in a day/so far?

5 in a single day and 4 at a single time. Usually 1 is a snack and 2 or 3 is a full meal!
