Xiaomi introduced a new smartphone in China called the Mi Mix 2, the successor to last year's bezel-less Mi Mix.
The company has now confirmed on Twitter that the device will be available in India as well. Manu Jain, Managing Director, Xiaomi India confirmed that Xiaomi’s latest bezel-less device will be launched in the country soon. The price and exact launch date of the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 has not been confirmed.

It will be available in four variants – 6GB RAM/ 64GB storage variant priced at CNY 3,299 (approximately Rs 32,300), 6GB RAM/ 128GB storage variant priced at CNY 3,599 (approximately Rs 35,300), 6GB RAM/ 256GB storage variant priced at CNY 3,999 (approximately Rs 39,200) and a Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 Special Edition (8GB RAM and 128GB storage), with a full ceramic body, priced at CNY 4,699 (approximately Rs 46,000).
In terms of specifications, the device features a 5.99-inch Full HD+ display with 2160 x 1080 pixels resolution. It is powered by a Snapdragon 835 processor and Adreno 540 GPU. Running Android 7.1 Nougat, the device comes equipped with a 12MP rear camera with Sony IMX386 sensor, 4-axis OIS and f/2.0 aperture along with a 5MP front-facing camera. Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.0, 4G VoLTE, and USB Type-C. A 3400mAh battery completes the package.
