Health and fitness counselling helps individual to understand the body inside out. I usually conduct these sessions for individuals who want to start with their fitness journey. I mostly work on all the five components of fitness preparedness and help to set a regime for them. People come up with a lot of interesting questions about their health and my job is to guide them step by step to a healthier body and mind. Making them understand neuromuscular junction is half the work done. As it rightly said, “the body achieves what the mind believes”.

How does it benefit and individual?

The individual is able to know the magic his/her body has to offer. Whether we talk about genetics, hormonal role-play body performance in maximal level, etc. it actually depends on what a person wants from it and I try to complete the requirement through my training patterns and counselling. I usually take 200 plus clients every month coming from different backgrounds and genres and executing plans for them is one of the most interesting things to do.

Taking 200 plus counselling every month what is the most common question you being asked?

Well, most of my clients come from cardiac, respiratory, and diabetic problems and are mostly 35 above on the other slot are pure athletes. So I'm usually asked different questions most of the time. But if I can think of any common questions then it's mostly related to controlling visceral fats (fats above the organ) and sports-specific training patterns.

We see you as a multi Tasker any tips on how you handle work life balance?

I keep it really simple for myself. Since childhood, I have been an early riser and was dedicated to sports. I can give you a lot of scientific proof as to why you should get up and start your day early, but I just want to add that it is really important to work on your body on a maximal level to get anti-ageing benefits especially incorporating in the morning routines. You tend to be more discipline active inside your head and that's how you do multitasking. Surrounding yourself with people who have the same goals and ambitions is crucial. Don't forget to love your job and be humble.
