What is the current market trend within the footwear industry?
In the past, comfort was the most important factor during the selection of footwear. But trends are changing with the advent of media and increased global travel, Indians have become style conscious. Fashion footwear with comfort is now the trend in the market. Hence, consumers have started shopping for shoes that compliment and accentuate their clothes.

What sells the most amongst the Indian consumers, in both men and women category?
In the Men’s category fashion formals has been flavour of the year. Formal shoes with accents  like buckles, and crushed leather across our brand Metro have been doing exceedingly well.

Wedges that came in fashion during the summer are still seen as the hot favourite amongst women. Sandals with crystal embellishment at the heels also has a strong patronage.

How do you deliver the best to your consumer and guarantee total satisfaction?
At Metro Shoes, we believe that customer satisfaction is our first priority.
