Watch: Kailash Vijayvargiya's son and BJP MLA Akash thrashes municipality officer with cricket bat in Indore

BJP MLA and son of senior BJP leader Kailash Vijayvargia, Akash Vijayvargiya was caught on camera thrashing municipal corporation officer with a cricket bat, in Indore. A team of municipality officers had visited the area for an anti-encroachment drive.

The incident took place in Indore's Ganji Compound area where municipality workers were carrying an anti-encroachment drive, to demolish a rickety building.

According to reports, in order to stop the municipality officers to carry their duty, Akash Vijayvargia thrashed officials with a cricket team.

A video of the incident has gone viral on social media in which it can be clearly seen that Akash Vijayvargia is thrashing officials using a cricket team. Along with Akash, his supporters also tried to pressurize municipality officials.

However, police officials were present while this entire incident was taking place who rescued the officials while they were being continuously harassed by MLA's supporters. 

A case has been registered against BJP MLA Akash Vijayvargiya and 10 others for thrashing a Municipal Corporation officer in Indore.
