Patna: Car runs over 4 people, driver beaten to death by mob

A private car ran over four people sleeping on the footpath in which three people died on the spot and the fourth one was rushed to the hospital but his life could not be saved.Out of the four dead in the accident, three are kids who were sleeping on the footpath. 

The incident took place near the Agam Kuan Thana area of ​​Patna City.

There were two people in the car. After the incident, the driver tried to escape but the car collided with a pole. The driver was caught and beaten to death by the mob while the other passenger of the car was severely injured and is in serious condition.

The injured were admitted to NMCH hospital.The mob burned the tires and blocked the road. Heavy police force has been deployed at the spot to control the situation.
