Court rejects interim bail plea of BSP MLA in murder case

A local court today rejected interim bail plea of BSP MLA B L Kushwaha and his two brothers in a murder case.

Additional District and Sessions Judge Satish Chand rejected the application of Kushwaha and his brothers - Shivram and Jitendra.

Naresh Kushwaha was allegedly murdered on December 27, 2012, and the legislator and his two brothers were named in the case.

B L Kushwaha is BSP MLA from Dholpur.
