Healthcare experience has seen a surge as teleconsultations follow the long-pending telemedicine guidelines which were recently issued by the ministry of health. This launch will exponentially increase the score of telemedicine space, for both, patients and doctors.
Today, HealthCARE360 e-inaugurated the digital patient experience platform for Dr Vishnu Reddy’s clinic. Dr Vishnu Reddy is an eminent ENT and Facial Plastic Surgeon and a Honorary physician to the Honourable Vice-President of India. G. V. Prasad, Co-chairman & Managing Director of Dr Reddy’s Laboratories, was present to grace initiative as the chief guest.
HealthCARE360 is a web and mobile platform for healthcare providers and organizations to engage with patients and manage their practice. This solution is best suited for multi-speciality clinics, hospitals and solo practitioners for both core medical and allied health services.
“It’s quite easy and intuitive to use since it’s (the application) on Facebook” explained G. V. Prasad at the inauguration ceremony. “We do everything digital these days and there is nothing that is not online and I think healthcare has come to the party a little late, it’s great that it has come in” added Mr Prasad.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the National Digital Health Mission (NDHM) on the occasion of India's 74th Independence Day. The NDHM aims to create a digital ecosystem where every Indian will be given a health ID with a digital health record. The electronic health records of an individual can be accessed across systems with consent and they can be updated as and when the person accesses healthcare. The Health ID is therefore expected to immensely boost secure platforms like HealthCare360.
The HealthCARE360 Artificial Intelligence (AI) enabled bot for Facebook Messenger makes it easier to pre-diagnose, triage and connect patients with the appropriate medical services.
