Kerala police found Vinayakan drunk and they arrested him for allegedly creating a ruckus at a police station.

Jailer actor, Vinayakan, was arrested by Kerala police on October 24, Tuesday for allegedly creating a ruckus while drunk. PTI confirmed the news on their X (formerly Twitter). The press agency shared a tweet that reads, "Kerala police arrest 'Jailer' actor Vinayakan for allegedly creating a ruckus at a police station in an intoxicated state."

South trade analyst Manobala Vijayabalan tweeted, "Actor Vinayakan arrested by the Ernakulam North Police allegedly for causing a disturbance at the local police station. The police said that the arrest was due to the disruption of the police station. The actor was taken to the General Hospital for medical examination."
