SBI Clerk 2021: State Bank may delay July Mains exam after the postponement of Prelims, check latest update here

The State Bank of India (SBI) has postponed the preliminary exam for SBI clerks 2021 in view of the lockdown imposed in various states of the country due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier the exam was scheduled to be conducted in the month of June. With the postponement of the prelims exam, it is expected that the SBI Clerk 2021 Main exams may also get postponed. SBI Clerk Main 2021 exam is scheduled to be held on July 31, 2021.

 

As per media reports, SBI can conduct the Main Exam on July 31 if the preliminary exams. The exams are expected to be conducted if the situation becomes conducive.

 

SBI is expected to release the exam date in the first week of July if the COVID-19 positive case gets reduced.

 

Candidates should keep checking the SBI official website, sbi.co.in/careers.

 

However, there is still no clarity on when the exam will be actually conducted. The prelims exam is expected to be held in the first week of July whereas the main exam will be held on July 31, 2021.

 

Earlier, SBI had invited applications for Junior Associate posts (Customer Support and Sales). The selection process will consist of an online test (Preliminary & Main exam) and a test of specified opted local language.
