Several reports have suggested that the JEE Main pending exams will begin from July 17.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) is yet to finalise the dates for the engineering entrance exam - Joint Entrance Examination – Main. There are two pending sessions of the JEE Main to be held this year.

While the NTA has denied circling on any exam dates, sources in the ministry have informed that the exam will take place in July. Talking to news18.com, the NTA has informed that the exam dates are being finalized and will be announced shortly.
Meanwhile, the Minister of Education Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank has also said that he will be addressing queries of students related to board exams on Friday (June 25) evening. While the board exams have been cancelled, it is expected that Pokhriyal may announce dates for JEE Main and NEET.
JEE Mains is being conducted four times a year from this session onwards to offer flexibility to students and a chance to improve their scores. The first phase in February was followed by the second in March.
JEE Advanced, which is the entrance exam to the IITs, has been postponed. Earlier, the exam was scheduled to be held on July 3 the revised dates are yet to be announced.
Only those who appear in the top 2.5 lakh ranks of JEE Main are eligible for JEE Advanced. Thus, the IIT entrance can not be held till the JEE Main is completed.
Meanwhile, the dates for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test 2021 (NEET 2021) entrance exam for the undergraduate course is likely to be announced soon.
After the cancellation of Class 12 board exams of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) and several other state boards, students are no awaiting a decision on the JEE (Joint Entrance Exam) Men's and NEET (National Eligibility Entrance Test) 2021.
