D-Day is here! World Cup fever is definitely on and at another high, since today, India would be clashing with Pakistani cricket players on field. The match, which is scheduled to begin with a toss at 2.30 pm, followed by the match from 3 pm, in Old Trafford stadium, Greater Manchester, England, might be delayed or cancelled due to rains.
Both Indians and Pakistan are praying hard that the World Cup 2019 match should be in full-force and rains should not play a spoilsport either before or during the match. Twitter has been at work and doing what they do best - make memes based on the situation.
Taking help of Bollywood celebrtiies like Priyanka Chopra and Anushka Sharma and movies dialogues/songs from Vivek Oberoi and Ayushmann Khurrana's films, they have shared some laugh-out-loud memes on Twitter. While they shared Priyanka Chopra's infamous train from the Met Gala and called it perfect to cover the grounds during rains, Anushka Sharma's character from Sui Dhaaga was described as the situation of Indians who are eagerly waiting for the match to begin. Meanwhile Vivek Oberoi's angry face in PM Narendra Modi made an appearance and will again if someone touches the Television remote during the match. Twitterati even mocked the decision by ICC for finalizing England as the venue for India vs Pakistan match with Ayushmann Khurrana-Bhumi Pednekar's Dum Laga Ke Haisha song lyrics 'Tu Hoga Zara Paagal Tune Mujhko Hai Chuna'.
