Viral Video: Dharmendra celebrates International Yoga Day by performing water aerobics 'against current of water'

As many celebrities came forward and performed yoga on International Yoga Day, legendary actor Dharmendra was not left behind. Currently, staying at his Lonavala farmhouse, the actor performed aerobics in his swimming pool and shared the video on his Twitter handle.

In the video, submerged in water, he is seen exercising to the title track of 'Satyam Shivam Sundaram' playing in the background. He also described the pressure of the water as 'good'. 

While sharing the video he captioned it, "Friends, Today on this international yoga day ... josh aa gaya. I have started my water aerobics in the evening too it is fun to do your aerobics against the current of water. Hope you will like it."

His fans flooded the post with love and admiration. Many called him the greatest actor of all times and some asked for his blessings. One of the fans also commented, that the actor looks 58 and not 85 and that he's an inspiration for all the youngsters to stay healthy and fit. 

Earlier this month, Dharmendra had shared another video from his swimming pool. He wrote in his caption, "Friends, with his blessings and your good wishes ...I have started water aerobics along with Yoga and light exercise. Health is his great blessing to keep going. Be happy healthy and strong."

The actor has been staying at the farmhouse since COVID-19 began and keeps sharing videos of his daily life now and then to keep the fans entertained.
