Varun Dhawan’s 'October' inspired by Hollywood flick 'Her'?

Varun Dhawan’s next with Shoojit Sircar titled October is an unusual love story — the kind never seen in Bollywood before. The film is centred around Varun’s character, even though it is a love story, which probably explains why a new girl and not a leading actress has been roped in as his romantic interest. Says a source, “It’s a love story about one character like the Hollywood flick Her — a romantic sci-fi drama that was about a man who develops a relationship with an intelligent computer operating system personified through a female voice. While it will be slightly different, the film will be high on medical jargon. It’s sort of an experiment that the makers hope will strike a chord with the current generation.”
