Did Sara Ali Khan break up with Sushant Singh Rajput due to Bollywood mafia, questioned late actor's friend
Sushant Singh Rajput's friend Samuel Haokip has spoken about Sushant and Sara Ali Khan's relationship in his latest post. Calling their relationship 'rare', he claimed Sushant and Sara were 'totally in love' and 'inseparable' during 'Kedarnath' promotions.
Samuel wrote, "I remember the time during Kedarnath promotions... Sushant and Sara were totally in love...they were inseparable...so pure and childlike innocence. They both had tremendous respect for each other which was so rare to see nowadays in relationships."
He further spoke about Sushant and Sara's breakup, after late actor's film 'Sonchiriya' released in theatres. Samuel also went on to question if the decision to break up was 'due to any pressure by the Bollywood mafia'.
"Sara along with Sushant had genuine respect for everyone in Sushant's family...be it family, friends and even staff. I wonder whether Sara's decision to break up with Sushant right after Sonchiriya's box office performance was due to any pressure by the Bollywood mafia," he added.
The post comes in view of the ongoing debate about Bollywood mafia and how outsiders are treated in Bollywood. Kangana Ranaut has gone on record to state that there is a mafia working against outsiders, who support product of nepotism.
Kangana has also called out Sara Ali Khan in her latest tweet. She not only questioned why 'fancy nepotism kid' Sara showed dreams to 'vulnerable outsider' Sushant Singh Rajput, but also asked why did she publicly dump him. She further went on to hit at Sushant's last girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty too, calling the 'Jalebi' actor a 'vulture'.
For the uninformed, 'Kedarnath' marked Sara's debut into Bollywood. She had started working on Abhishek Kapoor's film, but after the shooting of the film came to a halt, Sara had signed Rohit Shetty's 'Simmba' opposite Ranveer Singh, which also could have been her debut. However, 'Kedarnath' went back on floors and released a month before 'Simmba'.
