Kangana Ranaut hit back at Sanjay Raut's 'haraamkhor' statement through a video that she shared on her Twitter handle. She said that the Shiv Sena leader has no right to demand an apology for her.

"Sanjay-ji I condemn you, you are not Maharashtra," Kangana was heard saying in a video statement which she tweeted on Sunday. She went on to add that Raut has an 'anti-women' mindset. She questioned why did he make a remark against her and not Aamir Khan or Naseeruddin Shah.

Kangana defended her statement calling it 'freedom of speech'. "Mr Sanjay Raut, you called me ‘har******r ladki’. You are a public servant. You know how many girls are raped every day in the country, how many of them are tortured and killed – sometimes by their own husbands. And you know who is responsible for all this? It is this mindset you have very shamelessly displayed. You have empowered those exploiters. The daughters of this country will never forgive you,” Kangana said in the video.

Take a look:

Previously Sanjay Raut had said that he would 'think' about apologising to Kangana Ranaut if she apologizes to the people of Maharashtra first. "She has called Mumbai mini Pakistan. Does she have the courage to say the same about Ahmedabad?," he had questioned.

The remake by Raut came after Kangana Ranaut tweeted about his 'open threat'. "Sanjay Raut, Shiv Sena leader has given me an open threat and asked me not to come back to Mumbai. After Aazadi graffitis in Mumbai streets and now open threats, why Mumbai is feeling like Pakistan occupied Kashmir?," the actress had tweeted.

Kangana Ranaut has made various claims against Bollywood celebrities in the ongoing Sushant Singh Rajput death case. The actress had said that there is a movie mafia which tries to break outsiders and destroy their career.
