Kareena Kapoor Khan is living it up in Tuscany currently. She, Saif Ali Khan and Taimur Ali Khan are on a family vacation there. Pictures of Saifeena (Saif and Kareena) and the whole family made rounds of the internet. Now Kareena's sun-kissed selfie has hit the internet, and like you expected it went viral.

Kareena Kapoor Khan's selfie however has not gone viral for all the right reasons. Trolls have targetted the actress and called her 'old' and 'malnourished'. One of her fans went on to comment, “My fav actress. But By zooming in .. she looks aged and can notice skin issues.” Another user wrote, "She looks.. like a dead body standing in garden."
