Kangana Ranaut thanks Sushant Singh Rajput's sister Shweta Singh Kirti for 'quashing rumours against her'

Sushant Singh Rajput's US-based sister Shweta Singh Kirti, who has been quite active on social media in seeking justice for her late brother, recently took to her Instagram account to share a video clip of her family lawyer Vikas Singh, wherein the latter can be heard praising actress Kangana Ranaut. 

Recently, a statement of lawyer Vikas Singh talking about Kangana 'fulfilling her own agenda' had gone viral.

Quashing all rumours that the lawyer had made any such remarks, Shweta Singh Kirti shared a television interview clip, where the lawyer can be seen lauding the Queen actor for having the courage to speak about nepotism in the film industry. 

Furthermore, Vikas Singh mentioned that it is for the CBI to investigate if the ‘supremacy’ factor that Kangana mentioned had any direct link to Sushant Singh Rajput’s death.

Shweta Singh Kirti also took the opportunity to thank all the SSR warriors who have been relentlessly seeking justice for her brother and urged them to stay united. 

She captioned the clip, "I salute each and every warrior of Bhai... you guys are our strength and the real hero in every which way. Right now our goal should be to stay united for the right cause. Requesting unity and understanding. #Warriors4SSR #JusticeForSushant."

To this, actor Kangana Ranaut, who recently made her debut on micro-blogging site Twitter, reacted by sharing the link of the clip and thanking ‘Shweta di’ for 'her kind words' and 'squashing all the rumours' against her. Kangana added that the 'usual suspects are being mischievous'. 

Meanwhile, the CBI visited Cooper hospital on Monday to interrogate the team of doctors who had conducted Sushant Singh's autopsy. 

The CBI took over the investigation in Sushant Singh Rajput's case after the Supreme Court's direction last week.
