Akshay Kumar equips Mumbai Police with heath-tracking device

Akshay Kumar equipped Mumbai Police with a health-tracking device. The device will help the Mumbai Police deal better with the COVID-19 situation. It gives constant reading of oxygen, body temp and heart rate. Akshay helped Mumbai Police after helping Nashik Police with the same.

Maharashtra Cabinet Minister Aditya Thackeray lauded Akshay Kumar on Twitter. Thackeray said that he and Akshay also discussed about giving the trackers to Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), who have also been working towards fighting COVID-19.

Aditya tweeted, "Earlier today, @akshaykumar ji handed over fitness- health tracking devices to @MumbaiPolice. It gives a constant reading of oxygen, body temp and heart rate, helpful in Covid battle. Last month, Akshay ji gave it to @nashikpolice."

"Akshay ji has always supported our nation’s armed forces, police in various states. I’m thankful to him for his concern for our covid warriors and we also discussed about giving some of these trackers to the @mybmc for use," he added.

Previously, Akshay Kumar had helped the Mumbai Police with hand sanitizers and face masks so they could deal with the virus better. The actor was also the first Bollywood actor to donate to PM Relief Fund, followed by CM Relief Fund. Akshay had contributed humongous Rs. 25 crore to the PM Relief Fund to fight coronavirus.
