On Tuesday, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) had arrested the man, identified as John William Best, 33, with 700 gm amphetamine and 587 gm cocaine from the Delhi Sarai Rohila-Bandra Garib Rath train when it halted at the city railway station.
