WWE Raw Results and Recap, December 3: Dean Ambrose in new look, Dolph Ziggler defeats Drew McIntyre

A WWE veteran was fired, friends turned on each other and women continued to dominate on Monday night RAW.

The December 3 episode of WWE Raw set up new stories and continued the feud to WWE TLC 2018. A former tag team champion was fired after losing to his partner, another former tag team champs turned on each others and another former tag team champions continued their rivalry. Women continued to dominate the show on WWE Monday night RAW.

Here's what happened at WWE Raw on December 3

1. Ronda Rousey and Natalya vs Nia Jax and Tamina Snuka: No contest

Ronda Rousey and Natalya were scheduled to battle Nia Jax and Tamina in a tag team match. However, The Riott Squad caused a destraction that allowed Jax and Tamina to attack their opponents from behind. 2. Bayley and Sasha Banks beat Mickie James and Alicia Fox

After another open forum with Alexa Bliss, Bayley and Sasha Banks faced Mickie James and Alicia Fox. The Heels isolated Bayley and working her over. Bayley finally made the hot tag to Sasha Banks who wasted little time trapping Fox in the Bank Statement. Bayley delivered a Bayley-to-Belly off to James for the win. (Image: WWE)

4. Corbin thanks McIntyre

RAW general manager Baron Corbin thanked Drew McIntyre for being by his side in eliminating his opposition. He presented McIntyre with Raw's Gold Medal of Excellence.

 

McIntyre said he was doing what no other Superstar was tough enough to do. He criticized the Superstars in the back for being soft. However, Dolph Ziggler interrupted reminding McIntyre they were supposed to dominate Raw together. 

 

McIntyre mockingly thanked Ziggler for getting him to the top but added that he was the whole package himself. Ziggler snapped and dropped McIntyre with a Zig Zag. (Image: WWE) 

5. Dolph Ziggler beats Drew McIntyre

Drew McIntyre was in control of the match. However, Finn Balor made his presence felt delivering a dropkick to his TLC opponent. McIntyre beat the referee's count but walked right into a superkick from Ziggler. It was the first time McIntyre was beaten by pinfall since the his return. (Image: WWE)

6. Bobby Lashley and Lio Rush vs Elias

Bobby Lashley and Lio Rush interrupted Elias. The Guitar playing babyface took the fight to Lashley and chased them to the back. Balor threw Lio Rush back and Elias blasted him with his guitar. (Image; WWE)

7. AOP vs Bobby Roode and Chad Gable

AOP vs Bobby Roode and Chad Gable

Bobby Roode and Chad Gable's shot at AOP's Raw Tag Team Championships hinged on Roode being able to defeat manager Drake Maverick in one-on-one competition. However, Akam and Rezar attacked Gable backstage. Corbin then made it a 3-on-2 Handicap match. AOP beat down Roode in ring for the win. 

8. Seth Rollins vs Dean Ambrose

Dean Ambrose arrived wearing a gas mask with men in SWAT attire. Seth Rollins attacked him from behind. The SWAT team attacked but The Architect fended it off.

 

Ambrose looked to escape and but Rollins kept chasing him. However, he was hit by a gas mask to the face followed by Dirty Deeds. Ambrose dragged him back in the ring to deliver another Dirty Deeds.

9. Rhyno fired after losing to Heath Slater

Former tag team partners battled in the match where the loser would be jobless. Slater delivered a neckbreaker for the win. Slater was later told he would work a ref now.

10. Finn Balor beats Jinder Mahal

Finn Balor beats Jinder Mahal

Finn Balor battled Jinder Mahal in a match set up earlier in the night by Baron Corbin. The Singh Brothers interfered during the match but Apollo Crews evened the odds. Balor delivered the running dropkick and Coup de Grace for the win.

 

After the break, Drew McIntyre attacked Balor backstage.

11. Ronda Rousey and Ember Moon beat Nia Jax and Tamina

Ronda Rousey and Ember Moon beat Nia Jax and Tamina

Ember Moon joined Ronda Rousey as partner against Tamina and Nia Jax. The Heels isolated Moon and worked her over. Rousey got the hot tag later and exploded into the match. Moon took Jax out of the equation and Rousey trappe Tamina in the armbar for the win. (Image: WWE)
