Match over
0.6 : 0.6: Ashton Turner to Mahedi Hasan, FOUR! A boundary to close the over. That will be Mahedi's job at the top, to find the boundaries in the Powerplay. Loopy and full around leg, Hasan goes down and sweeps it sweetly behind square leg. 8 from the first over!
1.1 : 1.1: Ashton Agar to Mohammad Naim, SIX! Naim is not going to hang around wondering. Tossed up ball landing full around middle, Naim clears his front leg and smokes it all the way over mid-wicket. Seems he spent the entire night thinking about this shot and played it as soon as he found the correct length.
2.2 : 2.2: Adam Zampa to Mohammad Naim, FOUR! Bang! Full in length and around off, Naim hangs on the back foot and smashes it over the bowler's head for a boundary at long on.
2.6 : 2.6: Adam Zampa to Mahedi Hasan, FOUR! Straight as an arrow! Loopy delivery but it's too full and around middle, Mahedi clears his front leg and hammers it over the bowler's head for another boundary in the over. 14 from this over, clear intent is shown by the Bangla openers.
4.3 : 4.3: Ashton Turner to Mahedi Hasan, OUT! Soft dismissal for Mahedi Hasana! Turner gets his line right. Delivers an off spinner around middle, slower through the air but a bit on the shorter side. Mahedi goes across and deep inside the crease as he aims to heave it over the leg side. The only thing he manages is a big top edge and Ashton Agar at mid-wicket takes a simple catch. The 42-run opening stand is broken.
8.2 : 8.2: Dan Christian to Mohammad Naim, OUT! CAUGHT! Dan Christian gets a crucial wicket for his side and it is of the set batter. Slower ball, around off. Mohammad Naim looks to play the reverse-batted shot but gets a top edge which goes straight towards backward point where Ashton Agar takes a simple catch. The bottom hand also came off the handle, as shown in the replays. Mohammad Naim has thrown away his wicket and it's a sorry dismissal. Completely needless. Dan has a wicket in this form
9.6 : 9.6: Adam Zampa to Shakib Al Hasan, OUT! Shakib has been trapped in front of the wicket! This is the first time the Bangla superstar has got out lbw in this format. Fuller in length and on middle, Shakib tries to work it across the line but misses and is pinged on the pads. The appeal is made and the umpire nods before raising his finger. Bangladesh have lost three wickets now at the halfway mark.
11.4 : 11.4: Adam Zampa to Mahmudullah, SIX! Mahmudullah showing good intent! Tossed up ball landing full and around middle, the Bangla skipper goes down on one knee and slog sweeps it clinically over mid-wicket for a maximum.
13.3 : 13.3: Ashton Agar to Mahmudullah, OUT! Yet another soft dismissal in the Bangla innings. Agar slows it up and lands it a touch short outside off. It holds up a bit as it reaches the batsman, Mahmudullah shuffles across to play it on the leg side but closes the face of the bat early. The ball arrives late, takes the leading edge and loops up towards the bowler. Agar takes the simplest of catches to bag his first wicket. Nurul Hasan has walked out to join Sarkar.
13.6 : 13.6: Ashton Agar to Soumya Sarkar, SIX! Clean connection made and it has gone the distance. Spoils a good over of Agar. Tossed up delivery, much fuller and around off, Sarkar hammers it by going down on one knee and smokes it over mid-wicket.
14.4 : 14.4: Dan Christian to Soumya Sarkar, FOUR! Wonderfully played, bisects the two fielders at short third man and backward point. Width on offer outside off, Sarkar delays his shot and uses the pace of the bowler to guide it through the gap. A boundary results.
14.5 : 14.5: Dan Christian to Soumya Sarkar, OUT! Handsome shot, not handsome enough and now it's looking ugly. Sarkar holes out. Fuller in length and outside off, Sarkar plays a lofted shot and it appeared to be a good connection from him. But he has not got the desired elevation and Ashton Turner grabs the catch safely at long off. Possibly, Sarkar checked his shot and didn't go full throttle.
14.6 : 14.6: Dan Christian to Afif Hossain, SIX! Boom! What a cracking shot! Fuller in length and around off, Afif Hossain hurries down to the pitch of the ball and rockets his inside-out shot over extra cover for a biggie.
17.4 : 17.4: Nathan Ellis to Nurul Hasan, OUT! Drags it on! Pace on the ball this time, it's on the shorter side outside off and Nurul camps back to pull it over the leg side. The ball though hurries onto his bat, gathers the inside edge and cannons onto the stumps. Nurul departs, he never got going in this inninngs.
19.3 : 19.3: Nathan Ellis to Afif Hossain, OUT! Connection made but only to find the fielder. A length delivery around off, at 110.4 kph,  Afif walks across the stumps with his attempted paddle scoop but again there is no proper connection. The lack of pace has undone him and he ends up chipping it to Mitchell Marsh at short fine leg.
19.4 : 19.4: Nathan Ellis to Mosaddek Hossain, FOUR! Another back of the hand delivery, full and on middle, Mosaddek attacks it, gets the timing and connection right as he hammers it over the bowler's head for a much-needed boundary.
19.5 : 19.5: Nathan Ellis to Mosaddek Hossain, OUT! Run out! Diamond duck for Mohammad Saifuddin! Slower length delivery outside off, Mosaddek goes hard at it but is early into the shot. It takes the bottom edge and rolls behind in front of the keeper. They attempt to steal a bye but Matthew Wade is quick to remove his right glove and scores a direct hit at the striker's end to find Mohammad Saifuddin short.
1.1 : 1.1: Nasum Ahmed to Dan Christian, OUT! Bowled! No violence from the bat of Dan Christian this evening. The dangerman departs as far as Bangladesh are concerned. Nasum comes up with an arm ball first up, it's a bit short and skidding off the surface, Dan Christian rocks back to pull but misses and the off stump is tickled. Early blow to Australia.
2.2 : 2.2: Mahedi Hasan to Matthew Wade, SIX! Dismissed! This shot will make Wade feel a lot better about himself. In the slot, full and around middle, Wade goes down on one knee and launches it over wide long on for a maximum.
4.5 : 4.5: Mahedi Hasan to Matthew Wade, SIX! Wade is looking a lot better in this knock. The half-tracker is picked by the Aussie skipper in a flash and he plunders it over wide long on for a thumping maximum.
3.5: Nasum Ahmed to Mitchell Marsh, OUT! Three reds in the Ball Tracker. Nasum strikes again, this time to remove the in-form batsman. A flatter delivery, arm ball, landing around off and skidding through off the surface, Marsh goes down and across to play the sweep shot but misses. He is struck on the pads, they appeal and the umpire raises his finger. Mitch takes the DRS but to no avail. Everything is in line, there is no bat involved and the ball is destroying the stumps. Big blow to Australi
7.2 : 7.2: Shakib Al Hasan to Matthew Wade, OUT! Timber! Shakib bowls it quicker through the air and it skids off the surface as well, the line suggested that it will go away but it straightens after landing around off. Wade rocks back to smash it down the ground but misses. The stumps are rattled and Wade's fighting knock is over.
8.3 : 8.3: Mahmudullah to Ben McDermott, SIX! WHACKED! Short ball, outside off. Ben McDermott smacks it over the long on fielder for a maximum.
8.5 : 8.5: Mahmudullah to Ben McDermott, OUT! CAUGHT! Another soft dismissal! It was bowled flatter and slower around middle. Ben McDermott looks to flick it towards the leg side but gets a leading edge and the ball goes straight back to the bowler who takes an easy catch.
10.3 : 10.3: Mohammad Saifuddin to Alex Carey, OUT! You miss, I hit! Slower one from Saifuddin, on a length around middle, at 115 kph, Carey steps back to make room and cut it through the line but is way too early into his shot. The ball arrives to say hello to the stumps. Mohammad Saifuddin raises his arms in celebration, his first wicket in the series. Australia are in deep, deep trouble and this is not the first time we are typing it in this series. 70 needed off 57 balls, 5 wickets left in the ban
10.5 : 10.5: Mohammad Saifuddin to Moises Henriques, OUT! CAUGHT BEHIND! Moises Henriques is also done and dusted. A knuckle ball from Mohammad Saifuddin, he smartly serves it close to off and gets some extra bounce going for him as well. Moises Henriques possibly picked it and hence tries to play it late towards third man. However, the extra bounce has brought his downfall. It clips the shoulder of his bat and settles into the safe gloves of Nurul Hasan. Two wickets in the over for Bangladesh and the
11.2 : 11.2: Shakib Al Hasan to Ashton Turner, OUT! Shakib has 100 T20I wickets and there is a big smile on his face. First cricketer to score 1000 runs and also pick 100 wickets in this format! Take a bow, Superstar Shakib. Coming to the wicket delivery, Shakib keeps his length short and hurls it across off, Turner goes back to cut but does that aerially. It flies straight into the hands of Mahmudullah at short cover. Australia are imploding here.
12.3 : 12.3: Mohammad Saifuddin to Ashton Agar, OUT! Another one departs! Saifuddin sticks to the basics and lets the pitch do the work for him. He delivers it around leg, on a length and slower in pace, Ashton Agar steps back to make room but is early into the shot. Again the ball stays low, beats the bat and strikes the leg stump. The arms are spread and Mohammad Saifuddin is delighted after picking his third wicket.
13.1 : 13.1: Shakib Al Hasan to Nathan Ellis, OUT! Shakib has one more! What a champion bowler! Shakib smartly lands it on middle and gets it to curve away towards off, Ellis looks to defend but misses. It probably clips his pads and goes on to shatter the stumps.
13.4 : 13.4: Shakib Al Hasan to Adam Zampa, OUT! The final wicket falls and Australia have been bowled out for 62, their lowest score in T20Is! A touch flatter and around off, stopping a bit onto the batsman, Zampa goes back to punch but checks his shot at the last moment. Ends up handing a simple catch to Mahmudullah at short cover.
