Uruguay striker Luis Suarez literally fought tooth and nail to ensure the teams victory over Italy in the group D knockout game of the FIFA World Cup on Tuesday.
Ten minutes before the end of the match, Suarez bit Italian Giorgio Chiellini's shoulder in the Italian penalty area. This was the third incident of its kind and might lead to a Suarez facing a 24 match ban. Previously, he'd faced a ten match ban in 2013 for biting Chelsea player Brainslav Ivanovic and a seven match ban in 2010 for doing the same to PSV Eindhoven midfielder Otman Bakkal.
