0.4 : 0.4: A Russell to S Yadav, FOUR! First of the night! Length ball outside off, Yadav crushes this through backward point for a boundary. He crosses 400 Indian T20 League runs in this season.
1.6 : 1.6: P Krishna to S Yadav, SIX! There it is, the first biggie of the game! Length ball outside off, plenty of width, Yadav throws his hands at it and powers it over backward point for a maximum. The third man fielder was a mere spectator.
2.2 : 2.2: Tom Curran to E Lewis, FOUR! Pure power on that. Overpitched ball on off, Lewis leans forward and hits it hard uppishly through covers. The ball races to the boundary.
2.4 : 2.4: Tom Curran to S Yadav, FOUR! Deft! Clever from Yadav. Knew third man is quite wide, waits for the ball and gets it fine to the third man region for a boundary.
3.6 : 3.6: S Narine to E Lewis, FOUR! Another last ball boundary to spoil a good over. Narine bowls this quicker around off, Lewis stays back and creams it through covers. The man in the deep cannot get to it.
4.4 : 4.4: P Krishna to E Lewis, FOUR! Length ball outside off, Lewis makes room, backs away and carves it over backward point for a boundary.
5.1 : 5.1: P Chawla to S Yadav, FOUR! Starts with a full toss and Yadav excepts it with glee. Gets on one knee and sweeps it to the deep square leg region.
5.2 : 5.2: P Chawla to S Yadav, FOUR! Back-to-back boundaries for Yadav. This time over covers. Chawla tosses this up on off, Yadav lofts it with the spin over covers for a boundary.
5.4 : 5.4: P Chawla to E Lewis, OUT! An unlucky dismissal for Lewis, but he has to take the long walk back. Short and flat ball from Piyush down leg, Lewis goes for the pull short but gets hit on his thigh pad. The ball then hits the back of his bat and flies to Lynn at short third man who gets low and takes it comfortably. That ball could have gone anywhere! Maybe, just the luck Kolkata needed.
7.4: K Yadav to S Yadav, FOUR! Floated ball outside off, Yadav gets low and sweeps this to the deep square leg region for another boundary.
8.6 : 8.6: P Chawla to S Yadav, OUT! Soft dismissal for Yadav. Flatter ball in line of the stumps at 92.1 kph, it keeps low, Yadav adjusts to the height of the ball and goes for the pull. But he doesn't go through with his shot properly and ends up giving Rinku Singh an easy catch at deep mid-wicket. A big wicket for the hosts as Yadav has been in some scintillating form of late.
9.5 : 9.5: K Yadav to I Kishan, SIX! Gets hold of this one and it is gone all way! Tossed up ball on off, Kishan takes a step and deposits this over the mid-wicket stand.
10.1 : 10.1: P Chawla to I Kishan, FOUR! Shot! Kishan has come out with a positive intent. Fullish ball landing around off, Ishan gets into the position for the reverse sweep and nails it behind backward point for a boundary.
10.4 : 10.4: P Chawla to I Kishan, FOUR! Connects and connects quite well. Chawla continues to fire it in. A full ball at 91.1 kph, around leg, Kishan goes down on one knee and hammers it behind square leg. Once it goes through the practice pitches, there is no chance for any fielder.
10.6 : 10.6: P Chawla to I Kishan, FOUR! This is a big over for Mumbai, 14 runs coming off it. Chawla drops it short and pays the price. Kishan eases himself on the back foot and pulls it over square leg. No chance for the two fielders in the deep.
11.6: A Russell to I Kishan, FOUR! Wow, a cracking shot by Ishan and once again a boundary off the last ball has spoiled a good over. Russell overpitches it outside off, Ishan needs no second invitation as he crunches this through extra cover for a boundary.
12.3 : 12.3: P Krishna to R Sharma, EDGY FOUR! Plenty of width on offer outside off, Sharma flashes his bat through the line but gets an outside edge. It speeds down to third man for a boundary.
12.4 : 12.4: P Krishna to R Sharma, FOUR! He is already looking dangerous. Krishna attempts a short delivery to which Sharma plays the pull shot. Not from the meat of the bat but still good enough connection to send it to the deep mid-wicket fence.
12.6 : 12.6: P Krishna to I Kishan, FOUR! Kishan gets the better of Krishna! Feeling mythological. A short of a length delivery around leg and Ishan pulls it behind square leg for a boundary. 15 from the over and Mumbai are going strong here. 50-run stand also comes up, off just 24 balls.
13.3 : 13.3: K Yadav to I Kishan, SIX! Well done, Ishan! Kuldeep sensed the charge from the batsman and hence fired it down the leg side. Kishan does extremely well to still adjust to the line. Goes down on one knee and smokes it over backward square leg.
13.4 : 13.4: K Yadav to I Kishan, SIX! Bang! Kishan is going full throttle. Once again he kneels down and swings it mightily over mid-wicket for a maximum. Pressure on Kuldeep.
13.5 : 13.5: K Yadav to I Kishan, SIX! Bye bye ball! 3rd Indian T20 League fifty for Ishan Kishan, off only 17 balls! Kishan dances down to the pitch of the ball and thwacks it over mid-wicket. A quickfire knock by the young man, joint-fastest for Mumbai. For a moment, they lost the ball but then they found it.
13.6 : 13.6: K Yadav to I Kishan, SIX! Four in a row, 25 from the over! Tremendous hitting by the youngster. A bit of MS Dhoni in this shot. The swing of the bat was like a helicopter as he dismisses a full ball over cow corner.
14.3 : 14.3: S Narine to I Kishan, SIX! He is in a different zone. Anything pitching in his half is travelling. Yet another full ball has been slog swept with disdain over mid-wicket.
14.4 : 14.4: S Narine to I Kishan, OUT! Kishan holes out this time. Speed thrills but it kills. Once again Kishan is down on one knee to smoke a full ball out of the park. But this time it takes the top half of the bat and balloons behind square leg. Uthappa in the deep settles calmly near the fence and takes the catch safely. End of a scintillating knock by Ishan. He has given a strong platform for his team.
16.5 : 16.5: S Narine to R Sharma, SIX! Out of here! A tossed up ball landing around middle, Rohit goes with the spin and dispatches it over mid-wicket for a biggie. He is the most dangerous campaigner as far as Kolkata are concerned.
17.1 : 17.1: Tom Curran to H Pandya, SIX! The first one has vanished! A full length ball around off, Pandya swings and swings hard. It flies off the meat of the bat and clears mid-wicket with ease. Such power.
17.5 : 17.5: Tom Curran to H Pandya, SIX! A real freebie by the Englishman! A full toss wide outside off, Pandya reaches out for it and smashes it over point for a biggie. Clean hit!
17.6 : 17.6: Tom Curran to H Pandya, OUT! It's a legal one. A full toss, dipping in around off, Pandya aims to go downtown but fails to invest enough power behind the shot. And if the investment is not good, you seldom get the desired output. A simple catch for Rinku Singh at long on. Timely breakthrough for Kolkata as Hardik usually proves to be quite dangerous during the death overs.
18.2 : 18.2: P Krishna to R Sharma, OUT! Rohit falls! Kolkata are clawing their way back in the latter stage of the innings. A length ball outside off, Sharma goes hard at it but fails to provide it the sweet spot of his bat. Ends up chipping it in the air towards extra cover off the bottom half of his blade and Uthappa makes no mistake inside the ring.
18.3 : 18.3: P Krishna to Ben Cutting, SIX! Boom! A slower delivery, short in length, Cutting fetches it from outside off and rockets his pull shot over cow corner for a maximum.
19.1 : 19.1: P Chawla to Ben Cutting, SIX! That's gone into the Kolkata dugout! Quicker full ball around leg, Cutting gives it the full whack of his bat and launches it over long on.
19.2 : 19.2: P Chawla to Ben Cutting, SIX! 200 comes up for Mumbai with still 4 balls to go. Karthik will be already thinking - was it a good call to give Chawla this over? Flatter and shorter on middle, a seam up delivery, Cummins powers it over mid-wicket and clears the man in the deep with utmost ease.
19.3 : 19.3: P Chawla to Ben Cutting, FOUR! Yet another short delivery has been treated with brute force. It's pulled over mid-wicket and the fielder in the deep has no chance. 'Cutting loose' flashes on the giant screen.
19.5 : 19.5: P Chawla to Ben Cutting, OUT! But Ben has done his job! Another quicker one outside off, Cutting tries to heave it over mid-wicket but this time it's not backed with enough power. Russell settles near the rope and catches the ball safely. The umpires get it checked upstairs and it's a clean effort by the West Indian. End of a handy cameo by the Australian!
19.6 : 19.6: P Chawla to K Pandya, SIX! Krunal finishes it off in style! Piyush probably forgot that he is a spinner. Once again fires one in on the shorter side, Krunal remains on the back foot and pumps it over cow corner for a biggie. 22 from the over and Mumbai end of a massive 210/6!
0.1 : 0.1: M McClenaghan to S Narine, FOUR! Runs in from over the wicket and overpitches this one straight in line of the stumps, Sunil does not need any sighters and lofts this over the man at mid off. You cannot bowl there to him.
0.2 : 0.2: M McClenaghan to S Narine, OUT! There it is, this is what we are talking about. Cramp him for room and do not allow him to free his arms. Mitchell does exactly that and gets his man. Bangs this short on leg, Narine makes room and goes for the pull. Gets a top edge and the ball flies towards mid-wicket. Krunal, from mid on settles under it and makes no mistake. Narine who could have made a difference to this chase has to walk back.

2.4 : 2.4: M McClenaghan to C Lynn, FOUR! Pulls this behind square this time. Won't get the same result but will take four. Short ball from Mitchell, Lynn pulls it to the deep square leg region.
3.5 : 3.5: K Pandya to R Uthappa, SIX! He plays this shot really well! Fuller ball from Krunal, Uthappa gets behind the ball and tonks it over mid-wicket.
3.6 : 3.6: K Pandya to R Uthappa, OUT! A big mix up in the middle and Lynn is short of his crease. Krunal fires this full around off, Robin leans forward and pushes this towards covers. Yadav there does well to stop the ball. Lynn is out of his crease and is halfway through before Uthappa sends him back. Suryakumar throws it to Krunal's end and he takes off the bails. No need for the TV umpire, Lynn walks.
4.4 : 4.4: J Bumrah to R Uthappa, SIX! HUGE! Get's hold of this one and will get maximum runs for it. Pulls this over square leg for a biggie.

6.4 : 6.4: M Markande to R Uthappa, OUT! Mayank gets Uthappa once again! He dismissed him at the Wankhede Stadium also a few days back. Robin holes out trying to clear the mid-wicket fence. Tossed up delivery in line of the stumps, Uthappa gets on one knee and slogs this across the line. He gets enough meat on it but hits it straight to Suryakumar Yadav at deep square leg. Big wicket for Mumbai. Kolkata still need 162 more in 80 balls.
7.6 : 7.6: H Pandya to A Russell, OUT! Kolkata lose another wicket and are digging the hole deeper for themselves. The danger man Russell is out of here and he fails to make any impact. Karthik takes of from the non-striker's end and is sent back half way through. Duminy there throws it to Hardik who takes the bails off. Kartik is well short, the only question is weather Hardik had the ball in his hands. The umpire takes it up and replay shows us that the ball hit the stumps before Pandya's hand. This shou
9.2 : 9.2: H Pandya to N Rana, OUT! Kolkata are falling like a pack of cards! Pandya digs in a short ball on middle and Rana wheels a pull shot. Mumbai need 4 more wickets for a big win here.

10.2 : 10.2: J Bumrah to R Singh, OUT! A proper fast bowler's wicket for Bumrah and Mumbai are breathing fire! Good length ball around off, it swings away from Rinku after pitching. He goes for the push and gets a faint edge through to the keeper. They go up in an appeal and the umpire raises his finger.
11.5 : 11.5: Ben Cutting to Tom Curran, FOUR! But there is absolute silence in the stands. Short ball from Cutting, Curran gets behind the ball and pulls it through mid-wicket.
13.4 : 13.4: Ben Cutting to P Chawla, FOUR! Wrong line from Bumrah and he goes for a boundary. Shortish and angling down the leg side, Chawla gets enough wood behind it and the ball races down to fine leg.
