11.4 : M Stoinis to S Yadav, OUT! That's the big wicket. Stoinis strikes and puts his side back in this game. It's the knuckle ball around off, possibly the height gets a bit too much on Yadav who top edges his pull behind. Rahul runs back, settles himself under the ball and takes a good catch.

Tye bowls a clever slower ball on off, it cuts back in and completely deceives Hardik Pandya, who is years early into the slog. Misses it and the bails are off. Mumbai need 55 runs to win in 27 deliveries.
Strategic break.

15.6 : A Tye to K Pandya, This full delivery is hit straight back to the bowler. A successful over from Tye, 7 runs and the wicket of Hardik Pandya from it.
Mujeeb Ur Rahman back on.

Marcus Stoinis is brought on again.
17.1 : M Stoinis to K Pandya, Goes full and straight, Krunal mistimes the loft down the ground. Will get just the one run, but that will bring his skipper back on strike.
17.2 : M Stoinis to R Sharma, FOUR! Class, all class! When he's on song, there are few better. Punjab need to be weary of his threat now. Very full and outside off, Rohit's already picked his spot as he drills the drive through extra cover for a boundary.
17.3 : M Stoinis to R Sharma, Waits for the ball to come to him as he dabs it just wide of backward point and rotates strike.
17.4 : M Stoinis to K Pandya, FOUR! Now Krunal joins in on the action. Width offered outside off, the southpaw doesn't need any second invitation to go after this. He crashes it through the covers and finds the fence.
17.5 : M Stoinis to K Pandya, FOUR! Juicy full toss, Krunal says thank you for the gift and puts it away. On the pads, he whips this with the wrists behind square leg. Nobody out there, it's another boundary.
17.6 : M Stoinis to K Pandya, SIX! That's a biiiiiigggggg hit! Krunal Pandya is taking it to Marcus Stoinis. 20 off the over. Just ahead of a length on middle and off, the slower one, Krunal gets his front foot out of the way and launches it high and handsome over long on. Maximum! 16 needed to win from 12 balls now, very much in Mumbai's reach.
Andrew Tye comes back into the attack.
18.1 : A Tye to R Sharma, Sharma charges out of his crease and smacks it down towards long on for a run.

18.4 : A Tye to K Pandya, Swings across the line once more, not the ideal connection though. A single to deep mid-wicket for a single.
18.5 : A Tye to R Sharma, Just behind a length, outside off, Rohit leans across and works it to mid-wicket. Brings the elder Pandya back on strike.
18.6 : A Tye to K Pandya, FOUR LEG BYES! And that's it, the job is done. MUMBAI WIN BY 6 WICKETS! The final runs didn't come in the most desirable manner, but nobody cares, especially the Mumbai dugout. Tye spears it full around off, Krunal swings and misses. It goes off his back pad and away to the third man boundary. The Punjab players appeal for a leg before, but the umpire remains unmoved.
Everyone in the city of Bollywood will know this, but the importance of this win cannot be understated for the visitors. They had a stiff task ahead of them. Evin Lewis and Suryakumar Yadav (who scored a fifty) started the chase with 175 to gun down. The former departed in the Powerplay, but the latter combined with Ishan Kishan to take things in their stride. A couple of wickets were lost in quick succession, but Hardik stepped in to score a few lusty blows. The real damage, however, and the fa
Possibly the break made Punjab a little rusty. Their over-reliance on Chris Gayle and KL Rahul was exposed tonight. The two provided a solid start, but the innings fell apart after their departure. If it wasn't for Marcus Stoinis' last-over heroics, the hosts wouldn't have even got to a fighting total. With the ball, they were on top for the most part, with everyone doing their bit, but Krunal Pandya's late onslaught aided by Rohit Sharma's own little cameo, became their undoing. Some work to be
Suryakumar Yadav is the Man of the Match for this game. His calm and fluent fifty provided Mumbai a brisk start and laid the platform for the others to come and take advantage of.
