Vijay Shankar too who was criticised made sure to play an important knock as he supported Manish Pandey and even reached his 50.

Archer gets his 2nd, Bairstow goes for 10

Jonny Bairstow Bowled!! Archer wins the battle against his England team-mate. SRH sees both openers back in the shed. Bairstow's feet were frozen.

Archer gets a big wicket, Warner departs

Jofra Archer's raw pace and Warner is sent packing. He hits the back of a length, gets it to move away slightly just outside off.

Holder sends skipper Smith and Riyan Parag

All that Holder touches is turning gold. Steve Smith is caught on the boundary. A good yorker, Smith moved back and across and converted this into a full delivery.

Jos Buttler goes for 9, RR 110 for four

Vijay Shankar got a massive breakthrough as Buttler goes for 9. Slower delivery outside off stump, Buttler ran down the pitch and sliced the cut. However, Nadeem dived forward at a backward point to complete the catch. 

Riyan Parag, a right-handed bat, comes to the crease.

Big wicket, Rashid cleans Stokes up

Back-to-back wickets as soon after Samson, Rashid Khan sends Ben Stokes back. Stokes's struggle ends after he tries to flick against the leggie. He missed the ball, hit the pad, and deflected onto the sticks.

Jason Holder sends Sanju Samson back for 36

Bowled and all including Samson are disappointed. Holder took pace off and hit the short of length zone, Samson went back but was late as the ball hit the top of the poles.

For the third time, Ben Stokes gets a lifeline. This time it's Vijay Shankar who drops his catch.

Stokes waltzed down the pitch and decided to go after Rashid with a slog over mid-wicket. Shankar ran across to his right and got both hands to it, but the ball popped out of his hand.

Robin Uthappa run out by Jason Holder

The big man does the job for SRH as it's an unfortunate end to Uthappa's knock. Stokes gets cramped by Holder's 132.6kph in-seamer and struck around the hip region. The ball dies down adjacent to the pitch on the off-side and Uthappa is halfway down. 

The single wasn't on and even Stokes was never interested. Holder was quick to get to the ball, turned around, and hit the stumps to catch Uthappa short of his crease.

Sanju Samson, the right-handed bat, comes to the crease.

Robin Uthappa completes 450 fours in IPL

Uthappa, who completed 4500 IPL earlier this campaign completed 450 fours in IPL against SRH. Holder overpitches and Uthappa takes a heavy toll on it.

The right-hander walked forward and across to caress the drive through the gap between mid-off and extra cover.
