It’s been years since the Gandhi scion was rumoured to be seeing a Colombian girl, but there’s been no one  since. It turns out that even at 40, politico Rahul Gandhi is seen as the ideal man and has topped a recent poll conducted by a prominent matrimonial site as the ‘Most Eligible Bachelor’ by Mumbaikars. What works in his favour is his composed demeanour and of course, his dimples.

Ever since his high-profile break-up with actor Deepika Padukone two years back, actor Ranbir Kapoor’s personal life has been under the public scanner. He apparently seems to have earned a reputation that would make a serial dater proud — from being linked to actor Katrina Kaif to  starlets Nargis Fakhri and Angela Jonsson. This apparently seems to have made no dent to his popularity as he’s the next eligible bachelor after the Gandhi scion.

Call it coincidence, but here’s yet another scion to step out of his illustrious father, biz honcho Vijay Mallya’s shadow. And not even reports suggesting that he’s seeing Deepika seem to make a difference to his eligibility quotient. Girls, apparently, still like to believe he’s single and up-for-grabs.

The Delhi boy, who stormed onto the cricket scene a year back, has now become the hottest thing on field.
