Raw sprouts are an ideal choice for health enthusiasts. They are crunchy, refreshing, and contain natural flavours. 

Raw sprouts are loaded with vital nutrients like enzymes, vitamins, and minerals.

Raw sprouts are low in calories and high in fibre, making them perfect for weight loss.

While boiled sprouts are easier to digest, especially for those with sensitive stomachs. 

Boiling sprouts also prevent foodborne diseases linked with raw sprouts, such as salmonella.

Raw sprouts retain higher natural vitamins and enzymes, while boiling sprouts may kill some heat-sensitive nutrients. 

Despite this, sprouts remain a nutritious food regardless of the cooking method.
